I can hold up to 15 additional horses in outside paddocks with steel pipe fencing and 3 sided shelters. As to people, i have a full size bed and a sofa bed i can lend out...and lots of floor space. I have about 2.5 acres on my property which are dedicated to horses. There are large open paddocks which can provide temporary shelter to 6 horses(inaddition to my own) in an emergency. Water is on float system and freely available. Shade is presently limited in some areas.Can provide space for motor homes or other.
