Cooking
I spend a lot of time cooking. Not just because I have to eat to survive, but also
because I enjoy cooking as a creative exercise. This picture hints at several food and
drink items you might find around my kitchen: pepper cheese, homemade ale in a wolf
tankard, peppers (bell, serrano, and habañero), and homemade sourdough bread.
I also bake several other white, rye, whole wheat, and oatmeal breads, and occasionally
bagels as well. My homemade pizzas are always a hit with my kids.
Most of my main dish meals have a bit of bite to them, and some of them, such as
Jamaican Jerk Chicken and a couple of my hotter Chili recipes, are downright incendiary.
The local stores don't carry all the hot sauces and condiments I need, so I mail
order many items from a California company,
Mo Hotta Mo Betta. I also purchase from another
mail order supplier, Chile Today, Hot Tamale.
