PENZANCE RIDING INSTRUCTION
Riding a horse is a gift. It is also an art. Getting on the back of a 1/2 ton animal with a mind of its own and being able to CLEARLY and GENTLY communicate your wishes to that animal is something that can be learned by all. Communication is a two-way thing. The rider must be able to understand what the horse is trying to communicate, too. This encompasses "feel". Learning to "center" yourself and balance yourself are two of the primary disciplines that riders must master. When the rider is centered and balanced, the horse under the saddle will be also. It is through this mutual state that a true harmony and partnership is formed. These are not things that can be learned through mechanics or textbooks; they are discovered through the feel of the movements and the spirit of the ride. PENZANCE instructors teach communication skills. They help the student discover, for themselves, the spirit of the art of riding ... for any discipline from Dressage to Western pleasure and Trailriding.Discover the true FEEL of the ride ... call today for an introductory session.
