Training of Police-Fire-Animal Control Officers in correct handling during predicted storms and emergency's. Volunteer status. Equipment available for assist BEFORE and AFTER storm. Welcomes questions on how to prepare, locating safe housing during or after storm.



EQUINE DISASTER PLANNING
The Mining Co. has a ***wonderful*** page with links to a number of essential sites with disaster planning information. This is information which one needs to know IN ADVANCE of a storm. There is a checklist to print out and complete along with pages of "what to do if ..." in the presence of imminent danger. Please spend a few extra minutes to check all of this out ... it may help you to save the life of your horse.
